Outreach Programs

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. - Hebrews 6:10

At HCC, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus through the outreach that God calls us to. Learn more about how you can help with our Food Pantry, the 72-Hour Fund™, and other outreach programs by checking out the pages below; or, call Pastor Marcia at 303-659-4748.

Child Dedication & Baptism

The sacrament of baptism is an outward and visible sign of the grace of God. Through baptism a person is joined with the universal church, the body of Christ. In baptism, God works in us the power of forgiveness, the renewal of the spirit, and the knowledge of the call to be God's people always.

Kids & Youth

Our Kids and Youth Ministry is designed with your children in mind. Our plan is to teach the Gospel in a way that is engaging, fun and fruitful so that they can be disciples. We have a safe and caring environment so that your child will have a great time. Children learn about Jesus through games, activities and Bible lessons. Our Kids and Youth Ministry is for children 3 years old to 6th grade.

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry is Open Every Saturday Morning!

The HCC Food Pantry has been part of our mission since 1985 and continues to serve the needs of our community. We are proud to partner with several community organizations including Food Bank of the Rockies, Brighton Shares the Harvest, Cultivando, Broomfield United Church, First Presbyterian Church of Brighton, and many other local groups. Together, we’re able to help feed hundreds of families each year.

Food is distributed every Saturday from 8 am to 10 am at HCC. There are no geographic boundaries for the food bank – it’s open to anyone in need.

We Need Volunteers

Are you interested in serving? We need volunteers on Saturdays to help hand out food, take names, and greet guests.

We’re always in need of donations – to donate, swing by the church, or donate online.

72-hr Fund™

What is Doing His Time and the 72-Hour Fund?

Doing His Time is a prison ministry, aimed at helping ex-offenders take steps towards successful re-integration back into the community through a program called the 72 Hour Fund™. The 72-Hour Fund™ helps by providing individuals with new cloths and hygiene items upon release, and even help with obtaining I.D cards.
